Build Your OS Off-line (1 of 2)

Apply Patches Off-Line

For most, this means using a previously hardened computer to download the the latest service packs, patches, hotfixes, drivers etc., burning those files to CDR, and then installing those files.

Windows Tips

When downloading service packs select the Network Installation and NOT the Express Installation.

Only download/install hotfixes/patches made after the latest service pack.
