Using ITM with Internet Explorer 7

Access the eTrust ITM console using IE 7

The eTrust antivirus software requires a web browser to access its GUI Agent. Most times, if Internet Explorer 7 is your default browser, no changes are necessary. However, if you are having problems, confirm the following settings

Local Intranet Sites

  1. Open Internet Options from the Control Panel
  2. Click the Security tab
  3. Select the Local intranet icon
  4. Click Sites
  5. Confirm that http://localhost and http://127.0.0.1 are listed

  1. Open Internet Options from the Control Panel
  2. Click the Security tab
  3. Select the Local intranet icon
  4. Click Custom level...
  5. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings list
  6. Confirm that User Authentication is set to Automatic login only in Intranet zone
