Using ITM with Firefox

Accessing the eTrust ITM console using the Firefox web browser

 

The eTrust antivirus software requires a web browser to access its GUI Agent. If Firefox is your default browser, you will need to make a minor change to its configuration in order to access the eTrust ITM Agent GUI.

This must be configured for each Firefox user.

 

 

  1. Open Firefox
  2. Type about:config into the address bar
  3. Type ntlm into Filter: textbox
  4. Find the entry for network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris. Double-click the entry.
  5. Type 127.0.0.1,localhost into the dialog box. Click OK.
